<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal <br />Wednesday, June 11,1997 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 11, 1997, was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Chair <br />Barker. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />h ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners GeoffCooper, Jack Dove, Kris Kumaran, Harry Lutz, <br />Robert Wright and Chair Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Roger Higdon, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; and Katherine Ferreira, Recording <br />Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the May 28, 1997, meeting were approved with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Page 9, third paragraph: change "necessary" to "unnecessary." <br />Page 10, first paragraph under the "Roll Call Vote" should read: Commissioner Cooper reiterated <br />the recommendation that the Hacienda Owners Association work with staff to bring back a modified <br />program to focus on wintertime monitoring when those air quality issues are the most important. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
