<br />Commissioner Cooper is in sympathy with the applicant and would like to accommodate the <br />longstanding business. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran is concerned with the setback variance, seeing no specific reason to do so. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, making the variance findings <br />and approving Cases Z-97-58, Z-97-88, and V-97-03, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit <br />B, with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Add: Condition 69 as per staff memorandum. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Lutz, Wright and Chair Barker <br />Commissioners Kumaran <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 97-44 was entered approving Cases Z-97-58, Z-97-88 and V-97-03, as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran stated he is in concurrence with the building application, but voted no <br />because he does not agree with the set-back condition. <br /> <br />&,. PUD-81-30-38M/PUD-85-08-15M. Hacienda Owners Association <br />Application for a major modification to modify the conditions of approval to allow the <br />elimination of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda <br />Business Park. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I-C/O <br />(Industrial-Commercial-Office) District. The Planning Commission will also consider the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to May 28, 1997. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper inquired if staff has any progress in getting Moller to reduce their light <br />intensity. Mr. Higdon stated they have turned off some lights and that looks worse.
