Hacienda Owners Association <br />Application for a major modification to modify the conditions of approval to allow the <br />elimination of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda <br />Business Park. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I-C/O <br />(Industrial-Commercial-Office) District.
