Section 2 of Ordinance No. 243 adopted April 4, <br />1955, as amended by Ordinance No. 306 adopted October 12, 1959, <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 2. I~ERSHI~: The Planning Commission <br /> shall consist of the following members: Five (5) <br /> Commissioners having one (1) vote each. Fotu- (~) <br /> ex-officio commissioners having no vote, who need not <br /> be residents of the City, and who will serve in an <br /> advisory capacity on matters coming before the Com- <br /> mission and particularly matters affecting areas out- <br /> side the City limits but within the General Plan for <br /> the City of Pleasanton." <br /> <br /> SECTiOA~ 2: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 243 is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 4o TI~I,~iS. Commissioners shall serve for a <br /> term of three (3) years. Said te~'m shall co~aence and <br /> run from the fifth day of ~ay, each and every year. <br /> Two (2) connaissioners shall serve terms e~:piring <br /> ~,~ay 5, 1960, two commissioners shall have terms ex- <br /> piring ~[ay 5, 1961, and one coL~aissioner shall have a <br /> term expiring t~l'ay 5, 1962.
