APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes from the January 8, i997, meeting were approved with the following modification: <br /> <br />Page 12, 4th paragraph, add to last sentence: ".. .involved in the affordable housing fees, rebate of <br />park fees and rebate of fees collected for City inspections." <br /> <br />3.
