The license collector shall present to per- <br /> sons and organizations claiming the exemption of Section <br /> 18.0~ (Charitable Organizations), a form for information <br /> concerning such charitable use. Applicants for such exempti <br /> shall !~ive information necessary to the license collector <br /> to determine whether or not the activity, occupation or <br /> business of the person or organization is a bonafide charity <br /> under ~ec~o~_ 1~.01 hereof, o.r a bonafide entertairm~ent, <br /> concert, exhibit, scienti~ic, historical, literary, religiou.~ <br /> moral or educational activity under ~ection 18.02 hereof. <br /> Section 18.04. Should the license collector determine in <br /> his sound judg~nent that said activity is not a bonafide <br /> charitable or educational activity, exempt under Sections <br /> 18.01 or 18.02, said license collector shall notify the <br /> applicant of the proper license category, and issue the pro- <br /> per business license upon receiving the proper fee. <br /> Section 18.05. The license collector may demand that an <br /> applicant support his claim by certified documents sho~wing <br /> the financial provisions, organizational structu~'e, and proof <br /> of charitable expenditures of the applicant. <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
