Consideration of changes which may be necessary to mitigate impacts. <br /> <br />Please note that additional time would be required with Option B due to the time needed <br />betWeen model runs necessary to analyze network changes from existing to existing plus <br />approved development, and then between existing plus approved and the new General Plan <br />buildout roadway network. Furthermore, the required analysis of the existing General Plan <br />would be an addition to the process, whereas that task would be built into Step 1 of Option A. <br /> <br />After the Council gives direction on which process to use, staff can estimate a timeframe to <br />prepare the information sought and to schedule future workshops.
