IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLFF~SANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA 0i~JDIND31CE N0. 311 AN 01~JDI~LqNCE DECI~it{ING AN INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION 0F THIRD STREET, BEING A PUBLIC STP~ET IN THE CITY OF PLF~iSANTON, COUNTY OF ALAmeDA, ST~TE OF CALIF0iiN-iA. The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That this City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby declare its election to proceed, by its own motion, under the provisions of Part 3, Division 9, being Section 8320 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California, entitled the Street Vacation Act of 1941, to vacate the following described public street, being a portion of Third Street, between Angela and Neal Streets, located in the City of Pleasanton which is law- fully, officially and commonly known as hereinafter set forth; to wit: All that lot of land situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Al~neda, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL A, the easterly 1~' of the existing 80' right-of-way of Third Street, in the City of Pleasanton, from the south line of Neal Street to the north line of Angela Street. PARCEL B, the easterly 14' of the existing 80' right-of-way of Third Street, in the City of Pl easanton, fr~a the south line of Angela to the north line of Abbie Street. SECTION 2. Further reference is hereby made to the map or plan on file in the office of said City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton for particulars as to the proposed vacation. SECTION 3. That NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV~ that on Monday, the llth day of July, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~., of said day in the Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, there will be a hearing for all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. Said hearing may be post- poned or continued. SECTION 4. Notices of street vacation shall be posted con- spicuously along the line of the street or part thereof proposed or intended to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set
