IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLFF~SANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />0i~JDIND31CE N0. 311 <br /> <br />AN 01~JDI~LqNCE DECI~it{ING AN <br />INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION <br />0F THIRD STREET, BEING A PUBLIC <br />STP~ET IN THE CITY OF PLF~iSANTON, <br />COUNTY OF ALAmeDA, ST~TE OF <br />CALIF0iiN-iA. <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That this City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />does hereby declare its election to proceed, by its own motion, <br />under the provisions of Part 3, Division 9, being Section 8320 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code, State of California, entitled the <br />Street Vacation Act of 1941, to vacate the following described <br />public street, being a portion of Third Street, between Angela <br />and Neal Streets, located in the City of Pleasanton which is law- <br />fully, officially and commonly known as hereinafter set forth; <br />to wit: <br /> <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Al~neda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A, the easterly 1~' of the existing 80' <br />right-of-way of Third Street, in the City of <br />Pleasanton, from the south line of Neal Street <br />to the north line of Angela Street. <br /> <br />PARCEL B, the easterly 14' of the existing 80' <br />right-of-way of Third Street, in the City of <br />Pl easanton, fr~a the south line of Angela to the <br />north line of Abbie Street. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Further reference is hereby made to the map or <br />plan on file in the office of said City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton for particulars as to the proposed vacation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV~ that on Monday, the <br />llth day of July, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~., of said <br />day in the Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, there will be a hearing for all persons interested in <br />or objecting to the proposed vacation. Said hearing may be post- <br />poned or continued. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Notices of street vacation shall be posted con- <br />spicuously along the line of the street or part thereof proposed or <br />intended to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set <br /> <br /> <br />
