CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 30 8 <br /> <br /> FIXING THE SALARY OF <br /> THE CITY TRFJSURER <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAh~f0N DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section l: The compensation in salary of the Office of City <br /> Treasurer for the City of Pleasant on shall be increased from <br /> the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) to the sum of ONE HUNDRED <br /> DOLLARS ( $100.00 ) per month. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon the City <br /> Treasurer taking the necessary oath of office following the <br /> April 1960 general city election. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once in "The T~mes~", <br /> a newspaper of general ci~nculation published within the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> INTROOUCF~D the llth day of January, 1960 by Councilman Orloff. <br /> ADuFTED the 25th day of January, 1960 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, McWilliams, Orloff and Gerton. <br /> 2~0ES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilman Cairo <br /> <br /> Mayor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
