THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALA~.gEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE # 306 <br /> <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE #2~3, CHANGING PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP <br />FROM SEVEN TO FIVE MEMBERS. <br /> <br />THE~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY AUTHORIZE <br />AS FOLL0~S: <br /> <br />SECTION l: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2~3, adopted April ~, 1955, <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br /> SECTION: 2. MEMBERSHIP: The Planning Commission <br /> shall consist of five (5) commissioners <br /> having one (1) vote each. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2~3 is hereby amended to <br /> reed as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 4- T~MS. Commissioners shall serve for s <br /> term of three (3) years. Said term shall <br /> commence end run from the fifth day of Nay, <br /> each end ~.very year. Two commissioners shall <br /> serve terms expirin~ May ~, 1960, two com- <br /> missioners shall have terms expiring May 5, <br /> 1961, and one commissioner shall. have a term <br /> expiring May ~, 1962. Any adjustment of terms <br /> of present commissioners shall be done by lot <br /> When vacancies occur, assignments shall be <br /> made to fill the unexpired term. <br /> <br /> <br />
