IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 305 <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby ordain, as follows: <br />l) Pursuant to Section 51509, Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby fix the amounts of revenue necessary to sup- <br />port the City of Pleasant on and its administrative departments for <br />the fiscal year of 1959-1960 to be raised from property taxes to <br />be the following amount $55,166.00. <br /> <br /> 2) The City, having received from the County Auditor a <br />written statement concerning the total value of property within <br />the City, taken from the Assessment Books of the County of Alameda <br />as equalized and corrected, and in accordance with Section 51511 <br />of the Government Code, does hereby fix the tax rate as follows: <br /> <br /> Forty-one cents ($.41) - Bond Redemption and Interest Fund. <br /> Ninety-nine cents ( $.99 ) - General Fund. <br /> One dollar forty cents ($1.40) - Total. <br /> <br /> Said rate is designated in the dollars and cents of taxes <br />upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of property, as assessed <br />and equal ized. <br /> <br />3) The City Clerk is instructed to transmit certified <br />copies of this ordinance to the County Auditor and Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> 4) This Ordinance being a revenue measure shall become <br />effective immediately. <br /> <br /> APPROVED: September. 15th , 1959. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEET: <br /> <br />C~'~'y"' C. ~e~k'' <br /> <br /> <br />
