Accordingly, the Planning Commission makes this finding. <br /> <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />The subject site's PUD-I zoning conditionally permits the establishment of a music <br />school. In addition, the proposed use complies with all relevant sections of the zoning <br />ordinance. Granting a CUP for the proposed use would be consistent with the City's <br />authority to regulate zoning under Municipal Code Chapter 18.124.
