Employees

Approximately 45 employees will be hired as cooks, servers and bartenders. Most
employees will work pan-time. The number of employees working at any one time will
range from 6 to 15.

Security

We employ security staff on Friday and Saturday night from 10.00pm to check ID at the
door to make sure we have no under age drinkers. Our security staffalso helps with crowd
control, containment of drinkers within the designated outside areas and enforcement of
capacity regulations any time when we have a large number of customers due to a special
event. Our management is vigilant in maintaining a safe environment at all times and has
hn excellent relationship with both the Danville Police and Fire Departments. Our record is
exemplary, particularly on days with very high cuslomer volume due to street events.
Please see the attached letter from Danville Police Department.

Service to the Community

We support schools and other community fundraisers. We haye worked with Danville
Police Department on charity fund raising, hosting a Tip-a-Cop several times to benefit
Special Olympics. We recently hosted a large Cancer Research fundraiser event.

Who are our customers?
These are the type of customers we attract at our current location and expect to serve in our
new location. These are the key groups we market to.

Families
The Crown is an ideal choice for multi-generational family parties. With a good children's
menu and a large selection of dishes, Mothers often comment that there's something to
please everyone including the picky three-year-old or teenager.

Couples
Couples aged 28 to 55 make up a large part of our loyal customer base.

Seniors
Senior citizens appreciate the quality and value of our meals, visiting us frequently for
lunch or early dinner. We value their business.

Women
Women of all ages, dining alone or with a friend, are very comfortable at the pub. The
atmosphere is friendly, intimate and non-threatening.

Business Customers
We are the restaurant of choice for many business people whether for client hospitality or a
quick lunch with co-workers.
