<br />Resolution No. PC-96-77 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />10. The property owner shall ensure that the parking area located at the end of the existing <br />driveway remains open and available at all times as parking for occupants of the <br />secondary unit. Vehic1es owned and operated by the occupants of the secondary unit <br />shall be parked in that area. <br /> <br />II. The color and materials of the proposed secondary unit shall match those of the existing <br />residence and shall be submitted for the review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall install address signs that are visible from the street, clearly indicating <br />that two separate units exist on the parcel. The applicant shall obtain the new street <br />address for the second unit from the Planning Department. <br /> <br />13.
