JOINT WORKSHOP ITEM <br /> <br />3.1 Eastern Alameda County Human Needs Assessment Update <br /> <br />Recommendation: To receive an oral report by Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton staff <br />on the progress of the 2024 Eastern Alameda County Human Services Needs <br />Assessment (EACHSNA) and provide input to staff. <br /> <br />Josh Thurman, Human Services Program Manager, Lia Bushong, Assistant Director of <br />Library and Recreation, and Shawn Chilkotowsky, Parks and Community Services <br />Manager presented. <br /> <br />Chair Nakamura opened the public comment period. <br /> <br />Valerie Jonas provided a comment. <br /> <br />Kathy Young provided a comment. <br /> <br />Albina Suhail provided a comment. <br /> <br />There being no speakers, Chair Nakamura closed public comment. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
