<br />Resolution No. PC-96-60 <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />49. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compaction of any portion of the project site con- <br />taining fill to the satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />50. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on the sanitary sewer lateral from <br />each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building Inspection. Sampling <br />manholes shall be located on each sewer line as necessary to isolate each building includ- <br />ing Bank of America. <br /> <br />51. All retaining walls higher than four feet (4' 0") from the top of the wall to the bottom of <br />the footway shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall <br />type. Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />52. The developer shall complete all of the on-site improvements at one time. <br /> <br />53. Final inspection by the Planning Department of the building and site covered by this de- <br />velopment plan approval is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />54. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />California Department of Motor Vehicle noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br /> <br />55. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />56. To prevent odor, portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular <br />basis to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />57. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building <br />Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />58. All utilities required to serve any the proposed development on-site shall be installed un- <br />derground. <br /> <br />59. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br />
