Associate Planner Diego Mora presented the item. Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments were received from: Ambrish Patel, applicant; Gautam Patel, applicant; Blaise Lofland; and Dana Cintrone. Chair Morgan closed the public comment. The Commission provided feedback to staff and the applicant.
