<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PATCO ENTERPRISES, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-96-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Patco Enterprises has submitted an application for a Planned Unit development <br />rezoning and development plan approval for II clustered, single-family detached <br />homes on an approximately 1.66-acre site located at 4110 Del Valle Parkway, <br />between Del Valle Parkway and the Arroyo Del Valle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for these properties is A (Agriculture) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 10, 1996, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-09; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />June 26, 1996, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts ofthe proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />
