<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PEOPLESOFT/THE EDWARD <br />PIKE COMPANY FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-12D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PeopleSoft/The Edward Pike Company has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development design review approval for an approximately 67,500 square foot, <br />two-story office building on a 4.3 I-acre site located in the Signature Center <br />Business Park located at 6100 Stoneridge Drive (northside of Stone ridge Drive <br />between Franklin Drive and Bradley Drive). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial - Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 10, 1996, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Negative Declaration of <br />Environmental Impact previously approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed, and fulfulls the requirements of the PUD Development Plan for the <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-16-12D, the application of PeopleS oft/The Edward Pike <br />Company for Planned Unit Development design review approval for an <br />approximately 67,500 square foot, two-story office building on a 4.3 I-acre site <br />located in the Signature Center Business Park located at 6100 Stoneridge Drive <br />(northside of Stoneridge Drive between Franklin Drive and Bradley Drive), <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />
