The Energy and Environment <br />Commission discussed outstanding meetings for the year and cancelled the July 16, 2025, meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Bowman/Klein to cancel the July 16, 2025, meeting. Motion passed by the <br />following roll call vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Bowman, Klein, Liu, Vice Chair Nene, and Chair Bloom <br />Noes: None <br /> Absent: Commissioners Jaishankar and Lee <br />Abstain: None <br /> <br />4. Sustainability Newsletter <br /> <br />Recommendation: Provide input on a potential sustainability newsletter. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Megan Campbell presented the staff report.
