Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />Additional Sections and Chapters <br />Chapter 18.105 Cottage Food Operations <br />§ 18.105.040 Action of zoning administrator. <br />After submittal of the information required by Section 18.105.030 and review of the application <br />for compliance with the standards set forth in Section 18.105.050, the zoning administrator shall <br />approve, approve in modified form, or deny the application. The zoning administrator shall grant <br />the permit if the proposed cottage food operation, as applied for or as modified, complies with <br />the standards set forth in Section 18.105.050. Any action of the zoning administrator may be <br />appealed to the planning commission. Decisions of the Zoning Administrator are final unless <br />appealed to the Planning Commission under the provisions of Chapter 18.144. <br /> <br />Chapter 18.110 Personal Wireless Service <br />§ 18.110.020 Notice and approval process. <br />B. All property owners within 300 feet of a property on which a personal wireless service <br />facility is proposed shall be notified of the personal wireless service facility application by <br />mail. Mailed project notification shall be provided in accordance with the procedures detailed <br />in Section 18.12.044. While public hearings are not automatically required for these projects, <br />any member of the public may request a public hearing. Notice is not required where a <br />facility will be concealed as described in Section 18.110.050. Public hearings can be <br />requested as provided in Section 18.20.040(B)(2) of this title. <br />§ 18.110.260 Length of approvals <br />E. The zoning administrator's decision to deny a renewal may be appealed as described in <br />Section Chapter 18.144.050 of this title. <br /> <br />Chapter 18.116 Temporary Uses <br />§ 18.116.015 Temporary conditional uses in R districts –Home boutiques <br />D. Notice of the proposed home boutique shall be sent by mail to all property owners shown <br />on the last equalized assessment roll as owning real property within 300 feet of the exterior <br />boundaries of the site of the proposed home boutique at least 10 days prior to the date on <br />which the decision will be made on the use permit application. Mailed project notifications <br />shall be provided in accordance with the procedures detailed in Section 18.12.044. <br />G. The planning commission may elect to review a decision of the zoning administrator as <br />described in Section 18.144.020 of this title, or a decision of the zoning administrator may be <br />appealed to the planning commission by the applicant or by any other person described in <br />Section 18.144.020 of this title.
