P24-0421 and P24-0420, Danville Brewing Company, 3595 Utah Street - Applications for: 1) <br />Conditional Use Permit approval of a brew pub tasting room; and 2) Design Review approval to <br />construct an approximately 8,100-square-foot beer production brewery and brew pub tasting room <br />building, an approximately 2,000-square-foot covered patio, and related site improvements on a <br />vacant lot located at 3595 Utah Street <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-10 approving the applications. <br /> <br />Senior Planner Eric Luchini presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments were received from: William Long, <br />applicant; Marcus Maita, applicant; and Melanie Sadek. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Jain/Wedge to adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-10, as recommended. Subcommittee Representatives Selection for 2025 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Elect a subcommittee representative to fill the vacancy for an alternate member <br />on the Heritage Tree Board of Appeals. <br /> <br />Director Ellen Clark presented the item. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Jain/Pace to nominate Commissioner Jagoe as the alternate member of the <br />Heritage Tree Board of Appeals for the term beginning May 15, 2025.
