<br />Resolution No. PC-96-40 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case Z-96-40 <br /> <br />1. The applicants shall remove the existing basketball standardslcourt from their present <br />location and may relocate them to the eastern portion of the parking lot, generally as <br />shown on the "Staff Recommended Basketball Court Locations" site plan. The applicants <br />shall utilize portable basketball standards/hoops if located within a parking space or drive <br />aisle. The applicants shall remove any portable basketball standards/hoops at the end of <br />play each day and store the standards within or immediately adjacent to the church <br />building. Any non-portable basketball standard/hoop shall be made inoperable during <br />non-play hours by installing a device to prevent basketballs from passing through the <br />hoop or by removing the hoop entirely from the backboard. <br /> <br />2. Use ofthe basketball hoops shall be limited to Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30pm <br />to 9:00pm, and Fridays from 6:30pm to 9:00pm during the months of June, July, and <br />August. <br /> <br />3. The applicants shall be responsible for ensuring that the basketball standards/hoops are <br />not useable during hours of non-use. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />---,---.,.~---_._- <br />
