<br />Resolution No. PC-96-39 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-96-24 <br /> <br />I. The proposed non-exempt home occupation shall be limited to the activities proposed in <br />the applicant's written narrative and floor plan, "Exhibit A," dated "Received May 10, <br />1996," on file with the Planning Department except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that proposed by <br />the written narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the conditional use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. <br />Requested changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination <br />of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be <br />approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />3. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br />other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this home occupation use permit <br />may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. <br />If necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />4. The electrolysis business shall be conducted as described in the application letter dated <br />"Received May 10, 1996" with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation shall be limited to five hours per day, Tuesday through <br />Friday. Hours may range from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />b. The total number of clients per week shall be limited to twenty-one. <br />c. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home occupation. <br />d. The applicant shall incorporate a fifteen minute interval between appointments to <br />eliminate parking overlap and mitigate parking impacts. <br /> <br />5. The electrolysis shall be conducted in accordance with the required conditions for <br />non-exempt home occupations as stipulated in Municipal Code Section 18.104.030. <br /> <br />6. A business license shall be obtained from the City of Pleasanton prior to the operation of <br />the electrolysis business. <br /> <br />7. This use permit shall expire in two years from the date of approval and is not transferable <br />to another address. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
