Approve regular meeting minutes of August 7, 2025 <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by to Woodwell/Joshi approve the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />The motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Chen, Emerson, Joshi, Stroud, Woodwell, Chair Sabatini <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Kimsey <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />2.
