<br />12. Add the "Wildlands Overlay" designation to the approximately 50-acre area <br />owned by Kolb/Miller immediately west of Stoneridge Mall. This area is <br />currently designated as Public Health and Safety and is referenced on page VII-7, <br />paragraph 2 of the Draft General Plan. <br /> <br />Correct the following additional technical errors and ornissions as recommended by the Plarming <br />Commission: <br /> <br />13. ModifY the Urban Growth Boundary and the General Plan Map designation of <br />Public Health and SafetylWildlands Corridor to Low Density Residential in order <br />to include the existinl! generally half-acre home sites located on the east side of <br />Foothill Road south of Castlewood Drive southerly to Oak Tree Acres. <br /> <br />14. Correct Housing Element Program 9.3 on page IV-21, to indicate the <br />rehabilitation of fifteen (instead of three) very-low-income units, and ten (instead <br />of two) low-income units consistent with the requirements of Program 9.2. <br /> <br />15. ModifY the last sentence on page III-7, to read as follows: "The Tri-Valley <br />Transportation Council, consisting of the seven jurisdictions in the Tri-Valley <br />area, is pursuing a Transportation Development Fee (5) to fund a list of projects <br />including the matching money for 1-580/1-680, the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART <br />station, State Route 84, high-occupancy vehicle lanes on 1-580 and 1-680, various <br />freeway interchanges, and inter-city bus service !I1Hl gtftte REJlite 84. <br /> <br />16. Correct the third line of paragraph 3 on page XI-I of the Economic and Fiscal <br />Element, to read as follows: "... projections are somewhat different from tiles <br />Iii projected by the City,.... <br /> <br />18 <br />
