HOUSING ELEMENT <br /> <br />SUDDlement to Housing Element <br /> <br />Add the following wording to Page IV-14, end of paragraph 3: "For a detailed <br />discussion of the analysis, see the Supplement to the Housing Element of the 1996 <br />Pleasanton General Plan. " <br /> <br />Large Lots <br /> <br />Delete Policy 3 on page IV-15, which reads as follows: "Stimulate development of <br />single-family housing on lots of 20,000 square feet and greater. " <br /> <br />Minor Subdivisions <br /> <br />Move Program 3.1 on page IV-15 to become Program 12.5 on page IV-25. This <br />Program reads as follows: "Exempt minor subdivisions of five lots or less from the <br />provisions of the City's Growth Management Program." <br /> <br />Large Lot Zoning <br /> <br />Delete Program 3.2 on page IV-16, which reads as follows: "Zone sufficient land for <br />R-I-20 and R-I-40 developments to create large lots in peripheral areas.
