WAIVER OF OUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM OTHERS ENDORSEMENT-CALIFORNIA <br />We have the right to recover our payments from anyone liable for an injury covered by this policy. We will not enforce our right <br />against the person or organization named in the Schedule.
