<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE CITY PURCHASE OF THREE VACANT PARCELS <br />WITHIN HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A CITY-OWNED <br />PARK IS CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-63D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has requested confirmation that the proposed City purchase <br />of three vacant parcels totaling approximately 6.65 acres located at 5665 <br />Stoneridge Drive and within the Alameda County Transportation Corridor <br />(Assessor Parcel Numbers 941-2746-7-1, 941-2764-7-2, and 941-2764-8-2) <br />within Hacienda Business Park for development of a City-owned neighborhood <br />park is in conformance with the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for these properties is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - ICO (Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of May 8, 1996, the Planning Commission after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this matter, recommended approval of the proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-81-30-63D; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed City purchase ofthree vacant <br />parcels totaling approximately 6.65 acres located at 5665 Stoneridge Drive and <br />within the Alameda County Transportation Corridor (Assessor Parcel Numbers <br />941-2746-7-1,941-2764-7-2, and 941-2764-8-2) within Hacienda Business Park <br />for development of a City-owned neighborhood park is in conformance with the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLhOWlNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Finds that the proposed City purchase of three vacant parcels totaling <br />approximately 6.65 acres located at 5665 Stoneridge Drive and within the <br />Alameda County Transportation Corridor (Assessor Parcel Numbers <br />941-2746-7-1,941-2764-7-2, and 941-2764-8-2) within Hacienda Business Park <br />for development of a City-owned neighborhood park is in conformance with the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />~ <br />
