<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CM+ CORPORATION FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-10D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CM+ Corporation has applied for Planned Unit Development design review <br />approval of an office complex totaling 72,500 sq. ft., consisting of a 60,000 sq. ft., <br />two-story building and a 12,500 sq. ft. building pad on a 4.66-acre site located in <br />the Center Park business park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial - Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1996, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Negative Declaration of <br />Environmental Impact previously approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed, and fulfulls the requirements of the PUD Development Plan for the <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-16-1 OD, the application of CM+ Corporation for Planned <br />Unit Development design review approval of an office complex totaling 72,500 <br />sq. ft., consisting of a 60,000 sq. ft., two-story building and a 12,500 sq. ft. <br />building pad on a 4.66-acre site located in the Center Park business park, subject <br />to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
