SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />This Second Amendment to Agreement ("Second Amendment") is entered into this ____ day of <br />__________ 2025 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Tri-Valley Haven ("Contractor”). <br /> <br />Whereas, on July 1, 2023 the City and Contractor entered into an Agreement Concerning the <br />Allocation of Housing & Human Services Grant (HHSG) Funds for Fiscal Year 2023 (23/24), which <br />was amended by the First Amendment to Agreement dated October 9, 2024 (collectively the <br />“Agreement”); and <br /> <br />Whereas, the Agreement was stipulated to expire on June 30, 2025, and the parties desire to <br />extend this expiration date; and <br /> <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section II. Commencement and Completion Requirements, Subsection A. of the Agreement, is <br />amended to extend the term through June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4. This Second Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an <br />original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Counterparts may be delivered via <br />facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. federal E- <br />Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act <br />(Cal.
