FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This Fourth Amendment to the Lease Agreement C'Amendment") is entered into this fourth <br />day of September 2025, by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and the Amador-Livermore <br />Valley Historical Society ("AL VHS"). <br />Whereas, on January 3, 2006 the City and AL VHS entered into a Lease Agreement for <br />the ALVHS's use of 603 Main Street, which lease was extended on June 30, 20 l 1 by the <br />Amendment to Agreement, on February 20, 2018 by the Amendment to Agreement, and on <br />April 5, 2021 by the Amendment to Agreement ( collectively the "Lease"); and <br />Whereas, the parties desire to have the AL VHS continue to use the property for an <br />additional five (5) years for the purposes set forth tn the Lease. <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2 of the Lease is extended to January 3, 203 l. <br />2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />3. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall <br />be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br />Counterparts may be delivered via facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any <br />electronic signature complying with U.S. federal E-Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. <br />Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal.
