Las Positas Boulevard <br />May 28, 2025 <br />The applicant is hereby notified, as part of this approval, that (s)he is required to satisfy and <br />maintain compliance with the conditions of approval below. Where approval by the Director of <br />Community Development, Planning Division, Director of Engineering/City Engineer, City <br />Attorney, Chief Building and Safety Official, Fire Department or other City staff is required, <br />review shall be for compliance with all applicable conditions of approval, adopted policies and <br />guidelines, ordinances, laws and regulations, and accepted practices related to the approval. <br />In addition to complying with the conditions below, the applicant is required to comply with all <br />applicable federal, state, and local laws that pertain to this project , whether or not specifically <br />noted herein. <br /> <br />This approval is granted for a Design Review (P24-0532) to construct a three-story, <br />approximately 66,000-square-foot building addition, one water and three wastewater storage <br />tanks, and related site improvements for Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley located on Assessor <br />Parcel No(s). 946-3200-35-2 at 5555 W. Las Positas Boulevard. Development shall be <br />substantially as shown on the project materials listed below: <br /> <br />a. Project plans, Architectural, Landscape, and Civil plans prepared by Taylor Design, dated <br />“Received” on April 22, 2025, and Project Narrative prepared by Stanford Health Care <br />Tri-Valley dated “Received” on April 22, 2025, and kept on file in the Planning Division of <br />the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />b. Arborist Report and Arborist addendum prepared by Dryad, LLC for Stanford Health Care <br />Tri-Valley, dated November 2024 and March 2025, and kept on file in the Planning <br />Division of the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />c. Traffic Technical Memorandum prepared by TJKM Transportation Consultants for Stanford <br />Health Care Tri-Valley, dated January 31, 2025, and kept on file in the Planning Division of <br />the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />d. Geotechnical Investigation Report by Cornerstone Earth Group for Stanford Health Care <br />Tri-Valley dated October 21, 2024 (BSK PROJECT NO. G00000369), and kept on file in <br />the Planning Division of the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />e.
