TRUCK ROUTES: The haul route for all materials to and from the Project site shall be <br />approved by the City’s Traffic Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit, and shall <br />include the provision to monitor the street surfaces used for the haul route so that any <br />damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is identified and corrected at the <br />expense of the Project applicant or developer. <br /> <br />85. SIGNAGE AND STRIPING: The plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for <br />plan check shall include improvement plans for this Project that contain signage and <br />striping details for both on- and off-site.  Said improvement plans shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />86. PARKING: Per sheet A-14, parking requirements are met under the proposal that the <br />second floor will be constructed but not occupied (shelled only).
