PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-26 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-96-03 WHEREAS, Frank AufDer Maur has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a four-lot subdivision, retaining the existing single-family residence and constructing three new units on an approximately 18,000 square foot site located at 4027 Vineyard A venue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4,000 (Multi-family residential; minimum lot area 4,000 square feet); and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 24, 1996, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-96-03; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 2, 1996, and received the recommendations of staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-03, the application of Frank AufDer Maur for a Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a four-lot subdivision, retaining the existing single-family residence and constructing three new units on an approximately 18,000 square foot site located at 4027 Vineyard Avenue. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
