<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-96-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank AufDer Maur has submitted an application for a Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for a four-lot subdivision, <br />retaining the existing single-family residence and constructing three new units on <br />an approximately 18,000 square foot site located at 4027 Vineyard A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4,000 (Multi-family residential; minimum lot area <br />4,000 square feet); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 24, 1996, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration for Case PUD-96-03; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />April 2, 1996, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-03, <br />the application of Frank AufDer Maur for a Planned Unit Development rezoning <br />and development plan approval for a four-lot subdivision, retaining the existing <br />single-family residence and constructing three new units on an approximately <br />18,000 square foot site located at 4027 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
