The estimated cost of the municipal improvement <br /> <br />set forth in Measure A (Sewage Treatment Plant) is the sum <br />of $165,000 and the amount of the indebtedness proposed to <br />be incurred for said municipal improvement is the sum of <br />$150,000. It is contemplated by the City Council that the <br />difference between said estimated cost of said improvement <br />and the amount of said indebtedness proposed to be incurred <br />therefor will be made up from the general fund or other funds of the <br />City, but the City Council reserves the right in its dis- <br />cretion to provide otherwise for the payment of said <br />difference, or, if any of such moneys over and above the <br />amount to be realized from the proceeds of the sale of the <br />said bonds are not available, to reduce the cost of said <br />municipal improvement to the actual amount to be realized <br />from the proceeds of the sale of said bonds together with <br />funds actually available for said improvement, and said <br />estimated cost herein set forth shall not be deemed to con- <br />stitute a limitation or condition upon the issuance of any <br />of said bonds. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost of the municipal improvement set <br /> <br />forth in Measure B (Storm Drainage) is the sum of $40,000 and <br />the amount of the indebtedness proposed to be in6urred for <br />said municipal improvement is the sum of $40,000. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost herelnabove stated of each such <br />municipal improvement includes legal and all other fees <br />incidental to or connected with the authorization, issuance <br />and sale of the bonds evidencing the indebtedness proposed to <br />be incurred for such municipal improvement and the costs of <br />printing said bonds and all other costs and expenses incidental <br />to or connected with the issuance and sale of said bonds. <br /> <br /> <br />
