The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of this chapter. <br /> <br />The proposed second unit is located within the proposed single-family dwelling. <br />The structure would remain in compliance with all applicable development <br />standards. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects ofthis nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed secondary unit is in <br />compliance with State law and that the required findings for a conditional use <br />permit can be met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />Approves Case UP-96-07, the application of Bruce Way for a conditional use <br />permit to create an approximately 600 square foot secondary unit within an <br />existing residence located at 4318 First Street, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Hovingh, McGuirk, Wright, and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner Barker <br />None <br /> <br />G!~AA'~ <br /> <br />Peg i 0 <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />!~ f.
