<br />Page 7 <br /> <br />federal, State, and local statutes governing the protection of archaeological <br />resources,; and the protocols that apply in the event unanticipated cultural resources <br />are identified, including who to contact and appropriate avoidance measures until <br />the find(s) can be properly assessed. A sign-in sheet shall be circulated and returned <br />to the project planner as confirmation the training has taken place. <br /> <br />Native American tribes that have expressed interest on the project: <br />• Amah Mutsun Tribal band of Mission San Juan Bautista <br />• Indian Canyon Band of Costanoan <br />• Confederated Villages of Lisjan Nation <br /> <br />Once per week throughout the duration of ground disturbing work, or at an interval <br />agreed upon between the interested tribes above and the lead agency, a Tribal <br />representative may conduct a one-hour spot check of the project site. Prior to the <br />issuance of a grading or building permit, the project applicant shall submit the <br />construction schedule to the City Planning Division for spot check coordination. The <br />agreed upon spot check coordination will be shared with the project applicant. <br />Project specific condition. <br /> <br />29. CULTURAL RESOURCES: In the event that human remains are discovered during <br />grading and construction of the project, work shall stop immediately. There shall be <br />no disposition of such human remains, other than in accordance with the procedures <br />and requirements set forth in California Health and Safety Code Section 7050.5 and <br />Public Resources Section 5097.98. These code provisions require notification of the <br />County Coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission, who in turn must <br />notify the persons believed to be most likely descended from the deceased Native <br />American for appropriate disposition of the remains. <br /> <br />Fees <br />30. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be <br />subject, prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, unless the city is allowed to <br />require earlier payment under Government Code Section 66007 (SB 937 ).. The type <br />and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the SB 330 Preliminary <br />application was submitted, April 6, 2023. <br /> <br />31. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall pay <br />the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water <br />meters and irrigation meters, at the time an application for utility service is received, <br />as allowed by SB 937, if applicable. <br /> <br />32. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon Services <br />District (DSRSD) and City sewer connection fees at the time an application for utility <br />service is received, as allowed by SB 937, if applicable. <br /> <br />33. SCHOOL FEES – RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant shall work with <br />the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop a program to offset this
