EXHIBIT A <br />Tri-Valley Haven Shelter Operating Costs <br />Scope of Work <br />FY 2023/2024 <br />All PHLA funds would be utilized for operation costs for the provision of 14 temporary <br />shelter beds at a converted home that is providing emergency shelter to domestic violence <br />survivors and their children.
