EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF ARTWORK<br /> <br />Title: Don Lewis Plays On<br /> <br />Artist: Mountain Forge<br /> <br />Dimensions: Approximate dimensions will conform to the engineering document: 6’L X 8’T X <br />3’W - Delucchi Park Sculpture Foundations PERMIT DRAWINGS (Attached herein)<br /> <br />Weight: The weight limits of each sculpture are defined in the engineering document: 2500lbs - <br />Delucchi Park Sculpture Foundations PERMIT DRAWINGS<br /> <br />Materials: Stainless steel, Copper, Bronze and A36 Structural Steel <br />Power/Lighting: N/A<br /> <br />Base Requirements: The Sculpture Footings have been installed by others outside of this <br />agreement, in accordance with the engineering documents: Delucchi Park Sculpture <br />Foundations PERMIT DRAWINGS and Delucchi Park Sculpture Foundations PERMIT <br />CALCULATIONS, which has been incorporated into the City of Pleasanton CONSTRUCTION <br />PHASING PLAN, Delucchi Park located at 4501 First Street, Pleasanton California 94566.<br /> <br />The Artist Obligations: <br />A.Purchase on Artist’s account all labor, supplies, materials and equipment to fabricate, <br />deliver and install the Artwork, substantially as described in Exhibit B, including all <br />structural analysis and structural engineering.<br /> <br />B.Determine the artistic expression, design, dimensions and materials of the Artwork, <br />subject to review and approval by City of Pleasanton, which shall not be unreasonably <br />withheld.<br /> <br />C.Prepare the design concept as described in this Agreement; complete the fabrication, <br />transportation and delivery of the Artwork, and permanent installation according to the <br />dates outlined in the Schedule of Performance described herein as EXHIBIT D.<br /> <br />D.Arrange for and pay for the transportation and delivery of the Artwork in coordination with <br />the City of Pleasanton.<br /> <br />E.Provide a Maintenance and Conservation Plan herewithin as EXHIBIT E with a description <br />of all materials, processes and products utilized in the Artwork and the required routine <br />care and upkeep involved, as well as recommended procedures in the event of necessary <br />conservation.<br /> <br />F.Be available with reasonable advance written notice for a reasonable number of meetings <br />required to coordinate design and project implementation, ceremonies and the like, as <br />necessary.
