EXHIBIT C - DESIGN, FABRICATION & INSTALLATION FEE <br />PAYMENT FROM City of Pleasanton TO ARTIST<br /> <br />A.City of Pleasanton shall pay Artist a firm fixed price of $85,000.00 to design, <br />fabricate, transport, deliver and manage the permanent installation of the Artwork at <br />Delucchi Park. It is agreed that Artist has no obligations regarding commissions or any <br />agreements with galleries or agents with whom Artist may have contracted. <br />B. The payment process will be as follows: <br />(1)Invoice #1: $8,500 - due upon execution of agreement <br />(2)Invoice #2: $40,000.00 - material acquisition and labor deposit <br />(3)Invoice #3: $30,000 - progress payment <br />(4) Invoice #4: $6,500 - due within 30 days after installation <br />C.City of Pleasanton will review and approve invoice within 48 hours of receipt of said <br />invoice. City of Pleasanton shall pay to Artist the invoiced amounts as set forth in (1) <br />through(4), within thirty (30) days of Artist submitting each invoice to City of Pleasanton. <br />D.
