Presentation of a commendation in recognition of Anish Joshi’s attainment of Eagle <br />Scout rank and contributions to the City of Pleasanton <br />Vice Mayor Nibert presented the commendation to recipient Anish Joshi. <br />11. Oath of Office for new commission members <br />Recommendation: The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to new <br />commission members. <br />12. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited to <br />3 minutes. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br />Sharon Piekarski, Vin Pohray, Debbie Wallace, and Randy Kramm. <br /> <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />13. Public Hearing: Adopt resolutions to amend the Master Fee Schedule for water rates <br />and connection fees and sewer rates, effective January 1, 2026 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Hold a public hearing to consider proposed water and sewer rates. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Nos. 2025-057 and 2025-058 to amend the Master Fee <br />Schedule for water rates and connection fees and sewer rates, effective January <br />1, 2026 <br /> <br />Presentation by Sanjay Gaur and Nancy Phan (Water Resource Economics). <br /> <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: Jan <br />Morrison, John Lotoszyuski, Vin Pohray, Randy Kramm, and Grace Scerri. <br /> <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br /> <br />Mayor Balch called a recess at 9:00 p.m. and reconvened at 9:08 p.m. <br />Staff reported that a total of 19 protests were received. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
