The City of Pleasanton is not in a Special Wind Region. <br /> 16. The City of Pleasanton is not in a Wind-borne debris zone. <br /> 17. The City of Pleasanton is using Table 1B for Pleasanton, CA from ACCA Manual J. <br /> 18. The City of Pleasanton does not have Ground Snow Loading. <br /> 20.10.050 CRC Section R309 amended—Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems. <br /> Section R309 is deleted in its entirety and amended to read as follows: <br /> R309.1 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems. <br /> An automatic residential fire sprinkler system shall be designed and installed in accordance with <br /> NFPA 13D in all new one- and two- family dwellings and townhouses. In addition, the fire-sprinkler <br /> system shall be designed and sprinklers shall be installed in the following locations: <br /> 1. Attic shall be provided with intermediate temperature-rated residential fire sprinklers for <br /> detection coverage, and located at a spacing equivalent to 30 feet by 30 feet centers and a <br /> maximum distance of 15 feet from outside walls. <br /> 2. Fire sprinklers shall be provided in garages. Fire sprinklers shall be intermediate rated,quick <br /> response type, with a maximum coverage area of 130 square feet per sprinkler. <br /> R309.2 Large One-and Two-Family Dwelling Residential Sprinkler Systems. <br /> In addition to the requirements specified in R309.1. one-and two-family dwellings with a habitable <br /> floor area greater than 7,500 square feet shall have an automatic fire-sprinkler system designed to <br /> include all sprinklers within a compartment, up to a maximum of four sprinklers. <br /> 20.10.060 CRC Table R602.10.3(3) amended—Bracing Requirements based on Seismic Design <br /> Category. <br /> Table R602.10.3(3) is amended to read as follows: <br /> Table column title MINIMUM TOTAL LENGTH(FEET) OF BRACED WALL PANELS <br /> REQUIRED ALONG EACH BRACED WALL LINE is amended to add footnote"i". <br /> Footnote ``i" is added. to read as follows: <br /> i.
