Page 7 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />HOUSING & HUMAN SERVICES GRANT (HHSG) PROGRAM <br />BETWEEN <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AND <br />Goodness Village <br /> <br />JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026 <br /> <br />Project No. 2026096 <br />Goodness Village – Home Preservation and Weatherization Project <br /> <br />The project to be undertaken by Goodness Village shall involve: <br /> <br />Grant funds will support one-third of the Goodness Village Home Preservation and Weatherproofing Project, which <br />addresses critical weather-related damage to existing tiny homes to ensure safe, sustainable housing for Village <br />neighbors. This funding will contribute to repairs including removal and replacement of damaged or mold-affected <br />wood trim, treatment and sealing of exposed surfaces, replacement of window trim and sealant, sanding, and <br />repainting with weather-resistant coatings. All work will be completed to meet safety and durability standards, <br />protecting homes from future weather damage and preserving long-term housing stability <br /> <br />The project shall conform substantially to the scope of work described above. [However, the targets and service <br />goals noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount <br />requested and the amount approved.] Any request to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City <br />of Pleasanton’s HHSG administrator in the form of a letter. Requests shall be processed as follows: <br /> <br />a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the <br />City’s HHSG program administrator, the change may be approved by City staff. <br />b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s <br />HHSG program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City’s Human <br />Services Commission and/or Housing Commission. <br />c) If the proposed change is not in conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s <br />HHSG program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City’s Human <br />Services Commission and/or Housing Commission and then submitted for approval by HUD in the form of a <br />change to the Annual Action Plan. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: AE57D184-CB01-4AD5-9998-9962B1A30C30Docusign Envelope ID: E1C9C7AC-A449-4D9A-B9EA-411D6B087B59
