FIRM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (Continued) External Quality Control Review/Peer Review We are members of the Quality Review Program of the AICPA, which means we subject ourselves to a peer review of our workpapers and quality control procedures every three years by independent accountants specializing in such work. Our most recent peer review was completed in 2024; we again received a rating of pass, the highest level of assurance possible. This peer review included a review of several governmental and non-profit audit engagements, including three Special Districts. A copy of our most recent peer review opinion is located at the end of this proposal. We have not had any Federal or State desk review or field review during the past 3 years.
