<br />Resolution No. PC-96-1O <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />77. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No <br />Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. The <br />labeling shall be maintained by the property-owner. On-site storm drain facilities <br />shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to <br />October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required iffound <br />necessary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />78. Two common car wash areas shall be provided. The car wash areas shall be <br />covered and shall drain through an oil/water separator to the sanitary sewer, <br />subject to approval by DSRSD, or collected in a holding tank for removal by a <br />disposal and recycling service. Ifthe areas are connected to the sanitary sewer, a <br />sign shall be posted prohibiting the dumping of hazardous materials. Recycling of <br />water is encouraged. No other area shall drain to the car wash areas; a berm shall <br />be installed to prevent such drainage iffound necessary by the City Engineer/ <br />Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />---~._..._,._--- <br />
