<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHAMORRO DESIGN <br />GROUP (BRITANNIA DEVELOPMENT) FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-62D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chamorro Design Group (Britannia Development) has applied for PUD <br />development plan approval to allow the construction of a one-story, 64,196 square <br />foot building on a 5.09 acre parcel (a portion of Site lOA) in Hacienda Business <br />Park, at 5700 Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial - Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 14, 1996, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conjunction with the PUD <br />approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park and the proposed project is within <br />the scope of the EIR; therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building meets or exceeds <br />all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for the Hacienda <br />Business Park and the proposed building and improvements have also been <br />designed to match the Phase II development. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-62D, the application of Chamorro Design Group <br />(Britannia Development) for PUD development plan approval to allow the <br />construction of a one-story, 64,196 square foot building on a 5.09 acre parcel (a <br />portion of Site lOA) in Hacienda Business Park, at 5700 Stoneridge Drive, subject <br />to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part ofthis case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
