PC-96-03 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-250 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has applied for design review approval for the installation of an approximately 2,160 square foot office modular adjacent to City Hall at 123 Main Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional), Downtown Revitalization, Civic Overlay Districts; and WHEREAS, at their duly notice public hearing of January 10, 1996, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the temporary modular, as conditioned, would be compatible with the Administration building and in conformance with the design requirements for Downtown and the Civic Overlay district; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-250, the application of the City of Pleasant on for design review approval for the installation of an approximately 2,160 square foot office modular adjacent to City Hall at 123 Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2 This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
