<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ADG DEVELOPMENT & <br />INVESTMENT, INC. FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-81-30-73D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ADG Development & Investment, Inc. has applied for design review approval to <br />construct a two-story, approximately 24,230 square foot office building on a 1.39 <br />acre site in the Hacienda Business Park located at 4780 Chabot Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Office) and Hacienda Park CPD (Retail/Commercial/Financial <br />Planned) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of December 10, 1997, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Environmental Impact Report <br />previously approved by the City Council for the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed, and fulfills the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines for <br />the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-73D, the application of ADG Development & <br />Investment, Inc. for design review approval to construct a two-story, <br />approximately 24,230 square foot office building on a 1.39 acre site in the <br />Hacienda Business Park located at 4780 Chabot Drive, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective IS days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
