Page 12 <br />Section 11 - Go Live Support <br /> <br />Three (3) Sun Ridge staff will be on site on the day of and two (2) Sun Ridge staff will be onsite <br />the day after go live. Staff will be onsite to answer questions and to address any system <br />problems. <br />Section 12 – Data Conversion <br />Data conversion does not include establishing access between RIMS and the current Tyler CAD <br />and RMS systems. The City will provide access to the data, either via a full database backup <br />restored as a SQL database on the RIMS server or by establishing a “linked server” between the <br />RIMS server and the requisite Tyler databases. Once Sun Ridge receives access to the data, Sun <br />Ridge will evaluate it to determine which items may be converted into RIMS. Please note that not <br />all data may be available or suitable for conversion. As part of Sun Ridge’s standard data <br />conversion, we attempt to convert the following items.
