Page 9 <br />Exhibit A Scope of Work <br />Section 1 – Software Licenses <br />The City has purchased the following software licenses: <br />x RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch Software <br />x RIMS Records Management Software <br />x RIMS Mobile Computer Software <br />x iRIMS Law Mobile App Software <br />x RIMS In-Station Mapping Software <br />x RIMS Mobile Mapping Software <br />x RIMS Property Room Bar Coding Software <br />x RIMS Citizen RIMS Public Access Software <br />x RIMS Collaborate Data Sharing Software <br />x RIMS Officer Training Management Software <br /> <br />The City has purchased the following RIMS interface software: <br />x RIMS E911 Link <br />x RIMS State Link (CLETS) Software <br />x RIMS Text Paging Software <br />x RIMS AutoCite (Crossroads) Import Software <br />x RIMS Body Camera (AXON) Link Software <br />x RIMS CopLogic (LexisNexis) Import Software <br />x RIMS to Crossroads Accident Import Software <br /> <br />Section 2 - Project Schedule <br />Upon execution of the Agreement, Sun Ridge and the City shall define a mutually agreed on <br />project schedule. <br /> <br />Section 3 – Hardware/Equipment <br />Sun Ridge is providing one (1) Worth Data Bar Code Scanner. <br /> <br />Section 4 – Third-Party Software <br />Sun Ridge is providing no Third-Party software. <br /> <br />Section 5 - Installation <br />Sun Ridge will install all Sun Ridge provided Software on City provided servers and will provide <br />instruction to the City staff on how to install the client workstation Software and Mobile/App <br />Software.
